Elusive Elements Grille & Behind Grille Lightbar, Tacoma-World sticker + 10 hp

Fog light switch lights up but they won't turn on, also the 110w lights up green only when pressed but does NOT stay orange. Anyclue as to why?

Anybody know how to get these things working??
