Ladies and Gentlemen, Meso Customs

Not that I'm coming to the defense of the USPS, but their shipment performance has been sucking hind teet for a good 6 months or more. It got so bad that they held congressional hearings on the matter. Maybe the OPs package was caught up in that cluster-fuck?

 

UPS puts that message right on their tracking page:

You’ve Got the Details
You’re seeing what customer service agents would share with you. If you need more support, use the Virtual Assistant or contact your shipper.

 

Send it

 

USPS, UPS, FedEx they all have f-k up my packages delievery.
USPS once moved one of my package around Chicago area for 6 days just go between 2 dist centers for a joy ride, it showed on tracking.
Fedex once delivered my package to a different town, differnent Zip code, total different street address. The vendor send me a new package after I email them the tracking.

If you still have not gotten it, then you will need to ask Meso send a new one and ask MESO to file claim to USPS.

 

Just received this package. Not bad 9 weeks.

IMHO I couldn't disagree with this more.
If 1,000 people told you to jump off a bridge but you didn't agree - would you change your stance and jump?
Maybe it's my age talking - I'm 59 - but I'm off the opinion this should be in Meso's court to do something to help.
But....this is America (at least that's where I am) and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
I've been on the recipient end of not receiving packages, and damn near 100% of the time the carrier will tell me to contact the shipper.
If you have a business where you ship items - whether you're a one man operation or 10,000 - you should make a strong effort to make things right.

You guys realize we're on page 11 and meso hasn't been around in like 6 months..

 

....yet they're still selling things
That makes them 'around' - otherwise, take down your site and stop offering items for sale!
I'm not one to typically get involved in stuff like this and not really trying to convince anyone of anything or change their stance - but business is business.
If you offer items for sale and make an 'agreement' to sell and ship things - then you have an obligation to make things right.

 

Meso was never a business it was his hobby to fund his truck build.

Well, no 'non-business' I know of creates a domain name, list items for purchase and 'functions' like a business but is not a business.....??
