In my defense... the last time I did a set of drum brakes was probably 1984.

Gravelly are nice, and I do believe that they are made in Wisconsin.

Besides the Husky I have a 25 year old Murry. I use it for cutting the trails out back. It's stored in a shed. Battery comes out in the winter and every spring an oil change.
It has no hood, dash is busted, choke lever is busted, front axle is bent a tad so front tires have toe out and the blade lever safety switch is busted off so I have to manually hold it when starting.
It looks like crap but it runs.
A neighbor use to make fun of it when he got his new JD from Home Depot. He stopped making fun of it 3 years later when he asked to use it when his JDs engine died.

    Sounds like a Murray!
My 1st rider was my old mans hand me down Murray (had to been 20+yrs old). My brother put a newer pull start engine in it and pulled off all the electrical meaning, no safeties worked.
Often times I would stop to get a drink and forget I left it in gear.....
Go to pull start it and the sucker would take off. I'd have to run after it and jump on.
One of those moments when you look around to make sure nobody was watching.

It's funny how that works. For my skids and sliders, I read the written instructions a few times, still not really certain of what they are trying to say, then I discovered a youtube video. After 3 minutes of watching the video, d'oh! It's incredibly easy!

Got some things to give away for anyone going to Tigerton or anyone that wants to come pick things up. Let me know if interested. I’ve got lots of things to clear out later but this is first group of stuff getting in my way.

2 blue Scepter water jugs - these are the more “consumer” grade ones, not military. EDIT: Dibs called by Dan.

    IMG_7468.jpg

OEM 2nd gen TRD fuel tank plastic skid plate. Straps not included just what you see here.

    IMG_7469.jpg

Not pictured because I’m lazy: 2nd gen (Gen2.5 aka 13-15) OEM chrome grille.

Two dogs, one barefoot human and a chipmunk. Let the funkin games begin! Little beggar got in the house. Nothing broken, but a sizable mess has ensued. All with a backdrop of Asia playing on the stereo... heat of the moment indeed!

I bought a zt1 54p about 2 years ago at 0% for 36 months on the cub card. It cut my mowing time in half. It’s been a very good purchase
