Hasn't been too bad, 90s and kinda muggy. I think next week summer is gonna teabag us again with another heatwave, I'm just glad it's August now and summer is halfway over

    No shit

I've cut more in this hot weather than I have in the cooler months; look at all the moisture collected from the air out of my air compressor

Ironically, that compressor moisture is probably better for you than actual Dasani

Top 10 things you shouldn't drink definitely include Condensate (from compressors or air conditioners) and Dasani

More like $45,000 for 1,000 sq ft. Mortgage interest was 18%

    I feel like 45000 at 18 is better than 400000 at 8

@Kwikvette I've officially joined the dark side. I dropped my phone for the 100th time in 4 years last night on my walk with Dex and the screen finally said 'fuck you' and shattered

so now I have an iPhone 15 pro on the way courtesy of Rebecca's studios...couldn't turn that offer down

    forgive me

RIP! I dropped my pixel 6 last month and destroyed the screen. I bought a replacement screen on eBay for $65 took 30 minutes to swap it out.
I highly recommend you doing it.

This Pixel 3a is well beyond its service life, I think I bought it in Jan or Feb 2020 right before covid so I would get a new phone either way

lately it's started freezing up and rebooting itself more and more frequently, but honestly 4 solid years of service is pretty good for a smartphone I think. It served me well. Off to lithium battery heaven* it goes

Yeah we have a street through town here called Mayflower Village that is comprised of a lot of these kinds of "catalogue homes" from the mid 20th century, most built right after WWII when the economy and baby boom was in an upswing. Buy a 2 story home for a couple grand in a charming little foothill community

And now they sell for millions
