The last time it was this hot we had a brush fire on Shippen Knob behind the rifle range.
Probably some mope shooting tracers at the range, though no proof was found.
It put itself out when it reached the top of the ridge.
Serious wildfires are almost non-existent here.

 

Ours are permanent, I believe.

I mean I'm sure I'd be complaining there too. I'm not made for heat. I don't want to slow roast where you are nor do I want to stew in a juicy crockpot here.

I want last couple summers back! Where the highs were in the 80s and it only hit 90s for like a week or two the whole summer.

I wanna bring back trees as far as the eye can see. They say when the Europeans first got here a squirrel could travel from the east coast to the Midwest without ever touching the ground. I dream of shade like that.

 

Apparently, at the dealership, my brother works at they’re giving a pit boss smoker away with every tundra sold

Apparently, they can’t give tundra away right now or Tacoma for that matter. Last I heard from him they had like 55 tacos and like 40 tundra
