Any MLB fans here???

I was at the Giants/Angels game on Saturday and the whole family took a picture together in Willie Mays Plaza. He was one of the greats, if not the greatest player of all time. He will be missed.

 

Damn another Giants legend gone. I actually had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cepeda late last year when I did an ultrasound on him. He was nice enough to sign a few balls for the staff including one for my dad. He talked baseball with me the whole time. Very cool guy.

Yup, too bad about the recent losses. You don't replace the greats. Just try to remember them.

My Royals sucked for the entire month of June . . . so they could take 3 of 4 from Cleveland.

After June, this was a MUST series. Hopefully, they keep it up.

 

Yaz gets a little league walk off homer. They may not be great but it sure is entertaining to watch.

We continue to improve at KC but we ain't there yet. Yup we do beat teams that suck. Didn't last year so that's an improvement. We are 50/50 with the mediocre teams. Didn't last year so that too is an improvement. Upper echelon teams? Yanks, Red Sox, Orioles, Guardians, Twins . . . not there yet.

I think we finally found a closer here in August. This Erceg kid we picked up from Oakland has some skills.

Work still to do . . .
