I just hold my trimmer vertically to edge. After a few times I'm a pro at it.

 

Been a busy few weeks with tools scattered across a couple job sites. Got everything back on Friday, batteries charged and organized.

 

Don’t need but… how could I not.

my weed whacker is pre-quik lok. that's why i spent $14 for the wheel of death. free saw blades off job sites make great edger blades. just don't get them close to chain link fences!

I wouldn’t trust a dude that weighs that much to tell me anything about building stuff.

 

Why not? Always ask the fat guy he knows the easiest way.

 

I’m more of the best way kind of guy.

 

Honestly unless you've got a large amount to edge I highly recommend learning how to edge with a string trimmer, it took me about total 3-4 hours over a month to get it down but honestly I think it comes out better then using the edger. You do have to keep the line fairly long. I did find that you have to be very selective with what trimmer line you use to get a nice straight cut though. This is my favorite line after trying probably about 6-8 different brands/variations.

I do my lawn with a trimmer but it's not crazy huge.

It annoys me how little they drop the price on milwaukee clearance tools.

 

$99 normally marked down to $89 isn’t enough of a discount for you? It’s a $3,499 dollar value if you add it all up.

 

i bought a M12 combo kit. seemed like a good deal $219 (supposedly $399 regular price)

drill, impact driver, hacksaw/sawzall, ratchet, flashlight, charger and 2 batteries.

 

Freshly trimmed and mowed.

 

Southern California during the summer and I changed the sprinklers from 1hr/week to 30min/week.
