    I look thru this thread now and then. I succumbed to the MT/AT availability reality when I bought my truck.
    I sure do miss a MT. Not really feeling the urge to upgrade the stick on the AT.

    Regardless of MT or AT, having a custom or unique shift knob is a great mod. Unlike many things people do to these trucks, this is one you will use every single time you drive the truck!

    Black TRD Shift Knob from the 2007 Special Edition FJ Cruiser. Part number: PTR26-35070-03 . To order a new one you have to have a VIN(!). Feels great, never gets too cold or too hot.

    Long time no post for me!! I've been distracted turning other things lately (Duck Call Barrels and Bottle Stoppers mostly). This is a
    $13 M12x1.25 mm Self-Locking Nylon Insert Hex Lock Nuts, Pack of 6
    M12x1.25 threaded that I just turned made from Spalted Tamarind Wood. Not weighted but feels real nice. (It is available if anyone would be interested since I already have a custom knob). Would fit an automatic with a thread adapter.

    Stole this idea from someone on the forums. Thought it was in here and just clicked through every page to try and quote shout them out for the idea, I failed. Wanted the pro knob but didn’t want red accents. TVD Vinyl inlays and a fabric marker on the stitching. Very happy with it.
