Good luck with the reliability and resale value of your F150. I’m sure it’s gonna put a smile on your face….:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Yes I have done a whole boat load the first week. Last ones I am waiting for my Rough Country power steps and leveling kit.

Thanks! It’s actually more reliable than the new tundra. In fact, the 3.5 eco boost is one of the most reliable half ton engines on the market if you’re buying new.

If the one and only thing you have to go to is one problem they had with the tundra, good luck with your philosophy, nothing is bulletproof, but their track record still stand solid. That’s why you’re here.

I’m here to see how far gone some Toyota fanboys are and to see how much they’ll stick up for Toyota when lately it seems like they’ve had nothing but problems. So far, you’re proving me right. Don’t get me wrong, I like Toyota. But ever since these new gen trucks and new leadership, they don’t really seem to care about “reLiABiliTY” as much. More-so the profit since they have the most debt out of any auto manufacturer.

The Ford boys are awaiting you to join their forum. Enjoy your new full size. Cheers. Maybe over their you can debate Ford vs GM government bailouts.

Haha! It is, isn’t it? I honestly wanted to like this new gen, but now seeing all the problems and people still are saying “oh it’s a Toyota it’s ok, they’ll figure it out, at least my truck is more reliable than any other truck” I just don’t think Toyota has that reliability reputation any more when it comes to their trucks. And then they bash Ford, GM, or Ram claiming they’re less reliable when all these mid size truck platforms are brand new and have not proven themselves to be long term reliable yet.

Meanwhile, they said the same exact thing about the 3rd GEN and claimed there were all kinds of problems with them and yet I’m still driving the very first run of the 3rd GEN
    (built in September 2015)
and I have never had any of these problems they claim. The only thing I’ve ever had to replace was one U joint that went dry. And it can’t be that bad, you own a third GEN yourself. There still leaps and bounds ahead of the other crap thats out there in the world, no manufacturer is bulletproof. Especially when there are third-party companies involved.

He’ll enjoy it over there. I’m not sure what’s falling faster, the recalls by Chevy or the resale values of the Fords…….
Bet he’s even checked out the EV Hummer and the Tesla truck……:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::thumbsup:

I drove the hummer EV. It’s a great truck minus the full electric. I would be a buyer if it was a hybrid

Are you literally brand new to a car/truck forum. It happens with EVERY car or truck. The few that have issues come on forums and are the loudest. It literally doesn’t matter what car or truck you want to buy, it is the same. Most, like me, have had ZERO issues and while you are watching and “wanting to like it” we are actually driving it.

Correct me if I’m wrong isn’t that the one that only has a 5 to 6 year battery life and they say the batteries are like $30,000, not to mention $120,000 sticker
