A bad wheel doesn't validate getting a new mower. Nice try!

You need total failure for a new mower.

Did Dave go buy a new ALF just because the back wheel broke?
    I don't think so...
    That's some @LarryDangerfield sh!t.

Alf's wheel didn't break, it merely fell off, but that, even that is @LarryDangerfield sh!t.

I like the turn this thread has taken :pccoffee:

In the spirit of it, there's this link so you can get custom foam inserts, humidity packs, and a hygrometer :hattip:

    https://www.ammodors.com/shop/foam-cigar-tray-kits/

I think I'm finally through both of my humidors and need to restock eventually. Not in a big rush since the wife is pregnant and all.

Padron is pretty good and most sticks are more affordable than people think. You get to $15ish and over it's usually a fancier (not always superior) stick. I was in the process of finding a quicker smoke and a lot of people seem to recommend these. They were always out of stock but it seems the hype has died down.

The travel humidor I bought has a few different foam inserts, and I already got some of those Boveda packs. But, I'm thinking I might end up getting a little nicer humidor for the house eventually.

I will definitely be trying some more Padrons. I have a bunch of others to try, so I'm looking forward to this weekend. :D I have a Rocky Patel, Monte Cristo, A Fuentes, some Cohibas, and a few more. I'll probably pick up another handful before this weekend. This is definitely going to cut into my Tequila budget.

    @Aztec120
I was overthinking those washers on the skid plate.
Even the 3mm that I have shifts a lot of the impact energy to the bolts.
Hitting real hard ON the bolt could? shove those washers right through the xmember.
Getting up to 7 or 8mm like you have,Screenshot_20240805_104137_Brave.jpg I was thinking getting various diameter washers and stacking them like a upside down pyramid would help disperse the energy.20240804_092247.jpg (If you plan on keeping that a long term fixture)

So, now we're making rational decisions around here?

    I'm so confused.

Was only trying to help him save money to buy more truck mods....why waste it on a mower?

    In light of spending $$$.
I don't feel like putting my spare back underneath and my air mattress won't fit with spare in bed, obviously. So I bought a cot, hoping I can prop it up next to it in the bed.

I don't camp anymore. Couldn't even find my Coleman stove, which leads me to believe I left it at a festival or an old roommate stole it. Going to grab this from Menards for $20!

Not going to lie, I ended up digging into old posts from the guy that makes my skids and some of RCI's earlier skids not long after my "fix".

Most of the guys running the ones I have only had issues with the bolts lining up but it seems to have been fixed with longer bolts and skinnier washers.

When I got to the RCI threads they used to have 2x2 tubing welded on to disperse the hits on the frame like it was originally intended. Think I might get some measurements and go that route if I have too. Although it sounds like they stopped doing that as well......
