Funny how that works huh

 

I honestly cant remember. But one time we bought a new Honda and the dealership ran a credit check (on me), then we financed the car with Honda so the Honda finance dept also ran a credit check (same day) and my score dropped 90 points that day.
Man I was pissed!!! They kinda knew it the next day.


It took like 2 years to get it back to where it was.

Today's lesson.....
Never let anyone do a double credit check.

 

What I took from this was, you didn't want to touch your $47 million in savings so you financed

 

I just registered for next months local county fair, going to put one of the miniature implements in it again.

Category I signed up for is "handcrafted metal work, adult".

Last year I took home 3rd place and was the only entry in that division

I did get a free entry ticket and a check for $2 so there's that.

It really is.
Company is really slow right now and they are cutting corners everywhere to save money

 

Was kind of weird a couple months after getting the mortgage on my house mine jumped like 40 points.

I guess because it's secured debt? I've bought/sold 5 vehicles since then so it's not that high

 

Saw this yesterday, guess they was trolling for butterflies?

 

Mine got down in the 7's after buying our house, my credit card says it's 845 right now.

 

Needed a toilet paper holder for the shop at the house, had some railroad spikes laying around, yada yada.

 

Mine bounces high 7 to low 8 depending on the day it seems

We'll see what happens when I go to apply for another mortgage here in about 6 mo

 

How did your meeting go with the used car salesman? I mean, realtor

 

She really liked what I have done with the place, said it'll be an easy sell. Gotta repaint the master a lighter color and re-grade the one spot behind the house. Other than that nothing major besides ripping up the floor in the bathroom and repairing a couple cracked joist. Said $250 would be very likely, but will pull comps to see what we're looking at.

 

Been a hot minute since this happened, welded something, put safety glasses on and went to the die grinder to grind a little off the inside and a small piece went up under my safety glasses and in the corner of my eye. Little burnin sensation happening. Walk it off sunshine
