I’m told Deaver will custom make leaf packs as well, but the ones I’ve used are off the shelf.

I did an add a leaf on mine. Gave me 1.5" of lift and some extra payload capacity that I never use. I believe the brand was Torch. Been very happy with them since 2017 and 160K. Of course I raised the front to level the truck too.

I talked to Deaver before I talked to Alcan, and their responsiveness was a bit sluggish at the time. Alcan service was on the ball, responded quickly and shipped my custom springs on schedule. If I remember well, there was a bit of a wait, but didn't seem terribly long

I have fully custom Alcans (length, eyes, weight) and so far super happy with them, no noise yet but I only have ~5k miles on them so far. they nailed the loaded ride height and feels nice and flexy so far.
I reached out to deaver when I was shopping and the communication was just not as good as with Alcan (which was super responsive) so I just picked Alcan.
it did cost me $1400+ shipping though

Part of the reason that Icon RXT squeak is bc their little round pads at each end of a leaf is too thin compared to Deaver and Dobinson. I had to replace them with some Doorman pads to help.

General HDs gave me 2”. I haven’t measured them again, it’s been almost 6 months and I haven’t noticed any change. Took a chance on them for the price and they’ve done what they need to do with no squeaking for a 1/3 - 1/2 the cost of the other options. I just needed beefier springs for hauling bedloads of hardwood out of the woods

my springs may have used quite a bit more steel than yours.
63"long, 2.5" wide, and 2250lb capacity per side
each pack was around 100 lbs i think.
and no my price was not installed. shipping to michigan was an additional $250

I initially had squeak but after I went off roading it stopped and haven’t had noise since. I’ll be selling mine soon as I have added a GFC type of camper

Squeaky leaf springs are more of a factor of circumstance than brand in my experience. How and where you drive and how and where you wash your truck. That’s why so many people have different experiences with the various brands.
