Convience is important I agree Adam. You try and make things as easy on yourself as you can. Sewer, water and natural gas are all fairly important factors.

I'll share a little personal bit here relating to job searches/benefits/insurance and what not.
Year to date, having a baby and also my wife having foot surgery and everything that goes along with it, my health insurance has been charged $77,xxx and my wife still has physical therapy to do after she gets her cast off. I'm very thankful for my union and my union negotiated benefits.

 

I just want to be able to safely do more than one load of laundry a day Also, with it being so dry the old well scares me a little bit. It picked up a slug of dirt twice so far.

Gas isn't a deal breaker, but would be nice. Currently have an oil boiler and just filled up the tank while prices are low, but still expensive.

Can't have a shop without a life, life means someplace to live so I say all things life and living are ok for here

It's the neighbors I want to avoid in my next place. Lawns don't scare me (anymore since I've learned not to go near walls with the zero turn...)

I've also found having a municipal water and sewer system is the bees knees...

I'm hoping to find the unicorn of properties.

 

If you can look at this home made roller coaster, it's worth it just to realize how stupid some people are.
