While I have not seen the reference, I know of it, just to make it plenty clear

 

Our place in north florida got inundated with rain. Depending on who you believe...my neighbor or the TV weather dude 150 miles away. My place got 16"-18" of rain VERY FAST. My pond went from being 1/2 acre to approx 11 acres. I'll believe my neighbor.

 

That is crazy!!!!

 

The end of my road yesterday after Debby. My house sits back several hundred feet from the road. My neighbor said no water intrusion there. I'll go up tomorrow and see first hand. The whole county is without electricity.

 

Wow. Hope they get the power back on soon

 

I'm certain it didn't win any awards, but when it was made it was very popular

I slacked off for a few days and was 200 something posts behind. All caught up now.

I’ve got two pairs of these, the plastic lock broke on one Saturday. The other one was wore so it wouldn’t lock. Aluminum for the win.

 

I listed my gooseneck for sale yesterday since I won't be using it much anymore. I've had 2 offers $2,750 less than the asking price. I've had an offer for an 18' car hauler trade, and the same size trailer for trade but bumper pull.

The 1st low offer I told the guy that would hold it until he can come up with the rest. He said please? I said nope.

 

Lol the thought of a grown man adding please into negotiations just tickles me pink. That's funny.

What isn't funny is how difficult it will be to change my wife's Mdx battery tonight. Remove the plastic cover, intake, then the terminals. Just example #601 of engineers making it more difficult to change simple wear and tear items.
