    Ah. Yeah. That’s an area I had issue with too. They held up my order for not having cylinders and couldn’t give me an eta. Said to cancel the cylinder and ship me my stuff. I received it 2 weeks later, after waiting almost 8 weeks before contacting them. Ordered a cylinder and electric hydro pump from trick tools, had it same week.

    Ok see you are mimicking the same experience they had.

    Some of the emails my friend sent me were along the lines of "it's shipping out next week" to "it's not in stock at the moment" after following up for shipment details.

    Again I never had experience with them, but would hate to spend $400 on a die that I didn't order and get stuck with it.

    They don't care about their customers.
