You should check out the SRT track experience to see if you are eligible for it with the purchase of your car. Believe me it is well worth your time to see what these cars will really do on a track. Out of all of the SRT vehicles, I felt like the Charger was the easiest of all to drive fast.

Looks good man. Those things are quick, I know they would walk over any car in my sig on the highway. Rims are definitely unique for a Charger, never seen anyone with those wheels (from a Challenger I think?)

Only 2 things I hate about the Charger SRT8s: the automatic transmission, and the "Charger" name - just doesn't work on a four door sedan, even if it is as badass as this one.

Thanks! I love them too but the $46,000 Price tag is little high for me!!

How would you go about doing that?? Id love too!

    You got me there :D

Something did fall off, fuel efficiency

    Thank you!

Awesome video!!! Where is Road America? Do you own an SRT8 or was it a track car? I drove Road Atlanta several times when I had my dakota and lived in Atlanta, it was a blast! (and hard on 2 piston brakes!)

    Taco Supercharger: $4K
    SRT8 supercharger: $6500

gonna be a slower process this time haha. It already has so much done to it that it will be hard to mod!

suggestions? Thats not powdercoating, its paint. I painted them up to see how they would look powdercoated that way, Ive got a guy locally that is going to blast and powder them semi-gloss black for about $165. I think they look sick!

    One can of nightshade.
    One can of clear coat

spray, let dry, wetsand, then polish! :)

factory rated 13 city 18 highway. Im getting 15-16 according to gauge

    They are challenger rims :)
Yeah, the old school 2 doors were definitly more muscle, but with a kid on the way that back door might come in handy. The four door factor is the only reason its an srt8 and not a new camaro...I really liked those too (and they had some awesome 1SS and 2SS deals going on here, could have got a brand new one about same price I paid for SRT8) but the two doors and a cheap interior swayed me away from them.

    hard? Thanks? Lol

The track experience is included in the purchase price of the srt vehicles. They use your VIN number to register for the track day. Here is the link for the website: http://www.drivesrt.com/en/track_experience/overview/index.html
You DO NOT drive your personal vehicle on the track, they use cars that travel from track to track all over the country. If it were me I wouldn't drive my personal car like that anyway, they really get abused on those tracks. I don't have an SRT vehicle, I received the track day as a gift but I'm going back this year and I'll pay because it was so much fun. You get lots of instruction and lots of track time with many different cars and of course the Jeep with the big Hemi. Road America is here in Wisconsin and it is an awesome track but I've also heard that Virginia International is a blast to drive as well. If your car doesn't qualify for some reason, you can sometimes find guys selling their vin's (for registration) on the dodge forums.....challengertalk etc.. I would think that you would qualify though. Let me know what you find out, I would love to hear about the fun you had on the track :D
