    Hi Ya'll,

    Thanks for taking some time to read this post. I bought my first Tacoma a 2018 blue SR5 ex-cab and excited to start small changes. I currently have a 2.5-inch lift and looking to add a diff lock in the future. I am looking to switch my overhead console to the black edition. It currently has a diif lock button (in which I don't have at the moment) if I unplug the button from the back side of the console will it be fine to install for the time being?
