Duplantis of Sweden. World record holder for pole vault, won the gold. Just sailed ABOVE the bar every jump to get the gold. They allowed him to try to break his own world record by vaulting 20'6" after that. He made it on the third attempt. The stadium did NOT empty during his world record attempt.

There was only 2 or 3 inches of the support posts left after they raised the brackets that hold the bar. They might have to modify the support posts for the future ...

Anyone got a recommendation for an alignment shop, preferably east valley? Pulled the trigger on a 6112/6150 setup and gonna need to have something lined up.

Also, any experience with Taco Tabs or any of the octagonal bolt kits? Debating about locking at least the rear to max out caster or both if it puts up decent numbers.

Desert Toy Shop for alignment, and highly recommend Taco Tabs.. although.. they dont make them for your year 4runner... so I would suggest 333 Fabrications and their kit.

I have the Marlin crawler gusset kit and it's quite nice. Had to clearance a tiny spot in my TRD skid plate for the front, but only on the drivers side.

I like the idea of keeping the adjustability of the stock cams, but reinforcing the tabs they interact with so that they will withstand more abuse.

Of course I run stock tire size so even the marlin kit is probably stupendous overkill.

so less oil in the liquid state = less performance? in terms of rebound?

Basically... it's not like it vaporizes like steam but it reduces aeration and viscosity issues that hurt performance.

Not an expert in shocks, but if the system is "hydraulic", "pneumatic" is not good. Brake systems react badly to air in the brake fluid.

Well you always have some sort of gas in the shock or else piston movement gets janky. Nitrogen is the typical choice because it's more stable from a volume standpoint when heated and it's totally devoid of moisture. Even using totally dry air, oxygen expands more when heated and it makes things less predictable.

As a heads up. Theres lots of changes coming in refrigeration world that WILL also effect home systems. Bascially the EPA is trying to get all the bad stuff out of circulation by a certain date, 2028-2030 ish.
With that, certain refrigerants will be ceased to be made, same with components to repair such systems. 410a will be around for a but, but if you home system is 404 or older. Even a 410a system in 5yrs or so, expect costs to go up. Quite a bit. Not sure how soon they want to push the A2L stuff to residential, but its coming.

yea, its becoming a mess. So, Trump signed it into Law back in 2020/2022 but the EPA has been dragging ass writing the actual rules. So manufactures are trying to get ahead. Plus with the the new A2L designation, the NFPA is trying to re write some of the fire code. Because its so low flammable, doesn't need the same code as a A3. However, it still IS flammable even if barely. So when it is used, there's just so much more valves and sensors and everything else that it needs. Calculations, in certain confined instances, need to be able to vent to atmosphere etc.

    Its a mess.

Anyone have plumber recs in west valley? Nothing crazy but need a new hose spigot soldered on. Might attempt it myself, I already have a MAP torch, but need someone on standby for when I fuck it up.

Trump was President in 2020 when he signed it. With a start date of 2022.
Get your political shit the fuck outta here.
