nice setup. I gotta say, they did a lot listening to suggestions/input from users. Not all of course but it’s a good start.

Yes. Even comes with a lock nut of some kind on the spare, so two lock nut keys. One for the 4 wheels and one for the spare.

Have you been able to verify the engine starts to recharge the battery when in camping mode? What state of ignition can the that occur; off, ACC, or ON? Thanks.

When camping, you have refrigerators, secondary battery charging, induction cooktops, cybertrucks charging, running off the 2400 watt inverter. Does the engine turn on when the hybrid battery will eventually run low. And what state of the ignition does that occur?

Outlets do work while driving which was my big concern. Owners manual is so poorly written it makes you think the outlets only work with the truck on and in park! I did a quick test driving with the 120 AC switch on an illuminated which it is with the truck on and when driving. I did not run anything plugged in to see how quickly it might drain the hybrid battery to see when the truck should kick on the engine. I just wanted power to those outlets while driving to cool a fridge and recharge a battery pack for in camp power to the fridge.
    Hopecrhat helps a little.

I’m assuming that there isn’t a moonroof in it either

My understanding is no moonroof in the US. I'd have liked one!

I have a deposit on one. The spec sheet does not have one listed, but the dealers website says it does. I guess that doesn’t really help.

Anyone do any long trips towing a trailer, raft or boat? Or better yet, anyone have a camper in the bed?

I want to know how this powertrain (hybrid 2.4) does under an extra 1,000 lbs of load since that is what is in my gen 2 full time. I have a deposit on one but I just got a long standing and pita aftermarket ECU gremlin figured out on my 2005 and it is now running incredible.

My wife thinks I ought to get the new truck and retire the old one but it has to deliver the goods with a load in it.

Have you been able to get access to your batteries? I am trying to get access to the 12V battery to scout out wiring for a winch. Can't lift the back seat up for the life of me. Locked down. There must be something I am missing.

I believe there are screws in the front of the seat and once removed the seat bottom will hinge up.

There are 2 rivnut looking plastic buttons hiding below the front of the seat. Owners manual makes it look like you push in the center to release them. Not! Gently pry out the center. It'll pop out, but not off. Once that is released the entire faster will come out. Reverse to pop it back in. Pic attached is what it looks like. 12v battery is on the driver side. Hybrid on the passenger.

Yup, same thing with the RAV4 "TRD OR". It comes with fake Falken Wildpeak AT Trails that are lighter and less aggressive than the real ones.
