Cheap mods you are proud of

I need to do this and a screen for the sliding window.

 

Forgot to mention this is for my Softopper

 

I put some adhesive Velcro in the door card pull pockets so the little felt liners would stay put.

 

Good idea they drive me nuts that they fall out I’m surprised I haven’t lost one yet

 

I've vacuumed them up a few times. LOL Gonna get some Velcro to fix that issue. Thanks!

I work in aviation maintenance. We throw these yellow metal valve caps away each tire change. Repurpose on the taco and adds a little color. Price... FREE-99!

 

I've got a couple of those in my top box. Legacy of those days on the ramp!

 

They’re great caps too! I’ve thought they’d look good with the retro Toyota stripe colors painted on them.

Yep that's why I went the DIY route, the caps I felt were way overpriced for what they are.

As an update the bumpers still look great

 

Cheap tailgate cover I got off of Amazon for $30 on the last Prime day. Not an exact fit, but good enough for me. I like it. I'm always banging tanks and other stuff on the tailgate when loading/unloading, so this quiets it down significantly.

I put some screen protec on my head unit and cluster and I love how clean it always looks.
