So is this like some sort of online gambling thing? Can you increase your payout based on odds?

If you’re gonna gamble on something, weather is as good as anything else. Although, I can imagine meteorologists all of a sudden getting more “kneecap” injuries. On the other hand, forecasts might get more accurate.

All packed. Haircut in the morning, grab breakfast, fill the tank with gas and up to Tigerton! Be there shortly after noon, I'd guess.

BTW, thanks Adam @wi_taco, looks like it will be raining up there in 2-3hrs and more possible tomorrow late.

Not sure what time I am going to head up just yet. Should get there between 10 am and noon.

Just packed a light rain coat. Thanks @wi_taco ! :angrygirl:

I'm planning on getting on the road reasonably early, as well. I just need to hook up and throw a few things in the 4Runner, and I'll probably stop for groceries (booze) on the way. :D

You're both welcome! I had you in mind when I was doing my rain dance this morning. It isn't a true TW outing unless it rains, I just want you to have the most authentic experience possible!

Edit: I just checked the forecast and they are measuring rainfall amounts in the hundredths, not even a tenth inch of precip. Cry me a f'in river lol.

It's all in fun. The forecast that I watch has always been very accurate...until this year. I can't tell you how many times they've said 3% chance of rain, only for it to cloud up mid-afternoon and dump an inch or so of rain. Radar right now shows light rain for the last 2 hrs or so getting more and more patchy. The stuff that was showing up out west has evaporated.

I was trying to bring my son with but he still refuses to "spend the night".....anywhere.
He isn't real keen on sleeping outdoors, either.
I tried to get him warmed up to the idea a couple years ago by setting up the tent on our patio and "camped" out there all night...:blahblah:

@WiscoPat sorry to disappoint. Ran out of time to get the right stuff for a paella :pout:

I went back to ol' reliable and have some chicken cutlets marinating for Bành mi sandwiches.

Going to be freezing them right before leaving so they don't marinate too much. Bought two packs so there's more than enough for anyone who wants one on Saturday for lunch (I can totally make a beef version for you @rubbersidedown )

I’ve taken the lazy morning route and am heading up now. I’ll hit prime Milwaukee traffic but I’m in no rush. Should arrive around 11

Headed up in a few hours, so probably getting there later 4 or 5. If anybody is hitting the trails, don’t wait up!
