I've seen more expensive things off-road.

Would I do it? Nope. I got my toy and it goes on the gooseneck when done. Hell, I think most Tacoma owners are nuts.

That is a good point. I'm struggling with buying either a corvette or M4 right now. The corvette will kill the BMW and I know GMs. I've seen the repair bills from BMW.

I agree. Mild trails only for the tacoma. I do however have a plan in mind for the day I no longer need a high mileage commuter.

Hey now. I got inspired by a write-up of someone taking theirs up Imogene. :boink:

This one is slightly less Texas, with a hint of trailer park.

I'm going to say something crazy.

If you're after a pocket sized RWD, you want it to be slightly underpowered. They're more fun when you're barking the clutch around a right hand corner than they are at speed. A light engine is more forgiving when having a moment of stupidity. Id take one of the 86/BRZ twins over a supra.

If you want powah, you want a car that's slightly larger.

I have. They're still roomier than mine. :anonymous::anonymous:

I just installed my seat lowering kit from a fab shop in Bulgaria. My head is still taller than the roll bar, but at least it's a scalp instead of a decapitation now.

    ... Worth it.

I'd love an 86, and if I were to get a modern, fun commuter style car it's at the top of the list in the NA side of things. However, I would prefer to have my WRX back. Miss that car.
If I had a garage I'd consider a Tesla Model 3 Long Range as well, but I'd have to buy used to get the price down to where I could stomach it.

WRX is the best fast car in the price range. Good bang for the buck.

I like this guys reviews, in general. He has a lot of good advice on various videos. Some things I don’t totally agree, but overall I think he’s very knowledgeable. Anyway, this is a good review. I was a little surprised at his critical comments given that he is a huge Toyota fan, but they are accurate.

His videos are usually very positive. He actually just purchased 3rd gen Tundra 1794 Edition.. he has video about it. He is a Toyota long time mechanic so he doesn't mind if the Tundra turbo engine has issues probably. Makes me think he would actually make a video about it.
