    Never had issues ordering from Tacoma Lifestyle till my most recent order and couldn't get in contact with anyone. Messaged them on here and got an answer back pretty quickly. They were super apologetic/helpful and cleared the problem up. I think their new communication system is bugged or something.

    Ordered the Tacoma drivers side grab handle in gray from them because it was in stock on May 9th. Received a pair of the b-pillar grab handles in black on May 14.
    Had to text them and they sent me a return shipping label. Sent them back the same day.
    They said a-pillar would ship the following week.
    After texting them twice, last one on 5/22 their text response was order is canceled refund issued.
    Their web page shows a-pillar in gray is in stock.
    WTF

    Shitty customer service.

    Ordered Alpharex headlights and Sequential side mirror lights on Sunday.

    Notified them the following day to cancel my order. Recieved a text message that they will notify the Manager to cancel it.

    The following day I recieved a shipping confirmation with tracking number so I texted them back to cancel the order. Received response is "We apologize for the inconvenience. The order was failed to be canceled."

    This shop is really unprofessional, from my view this is just another drop shipping store as they have no control of the products they have listed.

    Since they refuse to cancel my order I will dispute it with CC company.

    Another super frustrating experience for me as well!

    I ordered the Pedal Commander Cubby Mount (2016-2023) for my 2023 Tacoma. It doesn't fit because my traction control button is in the same spot but they don't state this on their website so there was no way to know if it was going to be an issue.

    I emailed them and ask for a return. Sure! No problem! Just pay us $19 for shipping! The part was $35. I argued with their 'customer service' rep for an hour via text that it was in no way my fault. They offered me a $19 credit to use to buy more of their junk.

    Lesson learned: DO NOT ORDER FROM TACOMA LIFESTYLE!

    NO I DIDN'T! Why would I do that? I can only assume that Canadian orders automatically opt out.

    Jesus I have never had a problem with Tacoma Lifestyle. I got a few hoodies and some interior bits for my 3rd gen and just got shipping notice that my 24 interior AJT black handles just shipped out today. All together maybe 6 or 7 separate orders and all has been good.

    All this company does is make excuses. Do not buy from them. Do a charge back if they will not take the item back or you never receive your order. Their CC processor will drop them. Another option is to flood google reviews with your negative experiences. I’m sick of these companies that want to rip off customers or have shitty service.

    It would be my fault if I didn't read the description properly before ordering, but I didn't. But apparently it's still my fault because they didn't describe the item correctly... :confused:

    There are a number of other online vendors I have purchased stuff from that have been awesome. Based on 9 pages on this company, I'd consider shopping somewhere else...

    I don't know who is right or wrong here and I have never bought anything from Tacoma Lifestyle. But I am pretty business savvy and I would think that a company called "Tacoma Lifestyle" would bend over backwards to protect its brand reputation on what is probably the largest Tacoma enthusiast website on the world wide fucking web!

    Ummm, that's not hour your customer service agent responded to me today after numerous texts back and forth (I also sent you two emails).

    How about you give me a full refund and pay the return shipping? Or just the refund and I'll give it to someone on this forum if they pay shipping?

    And yes, the range is hot and it's almost Friday... ;)

    Thank you. But please tell me why I had to resort to this? I emailed you twice and had a very long text conversation with one of your customer service representatives today with no resolution.

    It would have been so simple to fix offline, especially considering that it is only a $35 part and you would have kept me as a customer (it was my second order with more to come).

    I don't get any joy in going public with complaints about companies for obvious reasons (it's only the second time in my life I've resorted to doing this), but I didn't have a choice in the end.

    Tacoma Lifestyle was good to their word and issued me a refund. I appreciate that very much.

    I don't feel great for having to resort to this because no one wins in the end - I wasted hours out of my day trying to deal with it and Tacoma Lifestyle lost a potential loyal customer.

    But it's done and now it's time to go get my truck dirty....
