I was wondering if anyone has installed 285/70/17 on they’re silver Tacoma with stock off road wheels , I was stuck in between the ko3 and the at4w and also in getting some method wheels but I like the look of the off road wheels

That’s what I was thinking, I want to see what it looks like before I get them but if I don’t like the way it looks I can just get method wheels after since I will already have the tires ‍♂️

Pay attention on the Falkens, they make two AT4Ws in the 285/70. One is SL load, significantly lighter in weight, and has less tread depth. This is the SL one. I think if you really are on pavement alot and care about MPG go with that. If you dont care about MPG and need it too look badass get the heavier one with more tread.

Thank you for posting the picture, I just went ahead and placed the order for the SL ones since I don’t do much off roading , I was looking into it and the c rated version is around 11 pounds heavier per tire

Awesome. I think that is the sweet spot for most people. In case anybody is looking, I have that exact new tire/wheel combo avail for sale so PM me if needed. I only changed out because I run dirt daily with heavy payloads so a C rated makes more sense.
