Just finished the sale today and couldn't be happier. My truck is a 2001 4x4 trd SC'd. I've been lurking and trolling for months looking for this exact truck at the right $$. Looking to take it to anza borrego, death valley, and trailheads in the sierra's. Good to be a tacoma owner.:)

Thanks, I actually read your build. I like your style. Cheap and functional. That's in line with what I'm going with. Do you know a good resource for anza borrego 4x4 trails? Or you could you recomend a cool spot to drive out to and camp. Badlands area?

Thanks dude, yeah I'm pretty old school with respect for MODS, think outside the box most the time, a couple tools ,a little knowledge & willing to take a chance on just about any crazy ass notion I come up with, the latest is rebuilding stock TRD springs for 1st & 2nd gens with Ford springs to get an honest, sustainable 3" lifts with a superior on/offroad ride, so far so good for the rears I did for myself & I've got builds going for 2 members here..... Make sure you go to the SoCal region for local runs to Ocotillo/Superstition/Corral Canyon, etc;....;)

We did this one a week ago or so.....
