    Do you have anything useful to add or...? I'm just curious where you get your information, maybe it was just a misunderstanding? You can drive the toyota e-throttle equipment (admittedly the stock e-throttle is pretty slow and overly bulky) directly from a Haltech Elite 2500 or you can use it piggyback style with the stock ECU driving it just fine. We've done both and they work great, the style with the Haltech driving it directly is more ideal from a control aspect but either way is totally doable. Heck you could delete the toyota e-throttle entirely and use a bosch ethrottle if you wanted (much faster and less bulky). The only limitations really are what your wallet can support, but to say you can't use a Haltech on a 03-04 1st gen is pretty laughable.

    That one occurred on startup I'm sure, it'll say "(past)". I'll help you adjust your voltage offset for it.
