Had 3" Bilstein lift, 2" rear installed with Toyo Open Country RT 275 70 R17. About 200 miles and I assume now that the suspension has loosened up a little, I am getting some mild rubbing when I am in reverse and slightly have the wheel turned.
I am going to take it back to my local shop who did the work but before I did, wanted to ask what options I have before they tell me to go with smaller tires which are already not as big as I had hoped. The new wheels have zero offset and the whole setup was their recommendation based on their Toyota "expert".

Not the lift, it is the choice of tire size. You could opt for more caster to put the wheel tire, further forward but, you may start rubbing on the front bumper. All depends on how much room there is left. Ski

You need an alignment. If that doesn’t work see above.

CMC, you can knock it out in about 30 minutes.
    Good luck with your truck.

You don’t really need a cmc with those tires. You’ll just need to trim those plastic pieces you circled. Driver side tend to rub more than passenger side.

Don’t most people run 285s after a lift…..I could see this problem if he had 295s.

alignment looks super far rearward. get it re aligned. you want as much castor as possible while lifted anyways

correct, still don’t need a cab mount chop. Get proper alignment all set.

Not really. Usually the 285 crowd have to do the CMC to get clearance. He is borderline with 275/70/17. Probably an alignment issue but, he still may need the CMC, due to his tire size selection (hence my first post).

I went with a 2x2 lift, and still rubbed with Sema wheels and 265/70/17, with the original alignment. I had to request max caster, and within spec toe, camber, to stop my rub on sharp turns, backing, etc... With stock upper control arms. Ski

Stock with a camper shell for now.
Like your wheels, what make and model tire are they? Black rhino? And did you do a locking hub conversion?

Similar rubbing on my 2020 TRD Pro; TOYO Open Country ATIII 285/75R16 (TRD Pro wheels), Westcott Designs lift 1.5” (front lift) & 1” (rear lift), and Spidertrax 1.25" spacers. Get's a little annoying maneuvering in tight spaces, otherwise no issues. Apparently need an alignment.

too much wheel offset. gona rub regardless of alignment. remove wheel spacers or go with bore 3/4" spacers

As others have said, try an alignment first. It doesn't always fix the problem, though. If it doesn't work, move on to a body/cab mount chop if you want to keep those wheels and tires.

Every truck is different, so it's not really the shop's fault, in my opinion. There is plenty of information on this forum regarding lifts, wheel fitment, and rubbing.

I ran 17x9 wheels with -12 offset and larger tires (285/70/17) and had zero rubbing (before UCAs) with no trimming or BMC...My point being, it really depends on the truck, so it's difficult to predict what will rub.

Same questions I pm’d the other day.
I’d rather have manual hubs….then you have 2Lo.

I'm not the OP, but the wheels clearly say "Warn" on them. o_O
I assume they are the Warn "Jackhammer" model with the classic-looking Warn hub center caps (not manual locking hubs).

As other have said, re-align with the wheels as far forward as you can without rubbing the caliper. Then hit whatever spots that still rub with a heatgun and push them back as far as you can. You could do a cab mount chop but you might not need it with the other changes.

Thank you for all of your guidance. I think I will need to take it to another shop with all of your suggestions.

    So frustrating.
