Congratulations. I had my '08 for 16 years and the wife for 22. She won the distance race, but it was close. Lol.

The tempered glass protector installed perfectly, no bubbles / artifacts / loss of clarity. I've done dozens of these on various devices and there is definitely an art to doing it correctly. There is a 1/32" uncovered portion of the screen all the way around, so be sure you center the protector hinging the two "positioning stickers" across the top of the screen prior to pulling the backing off and placing on the screen.

I've typically been able to apply these by lightly pressing my finger in the center of one side while sliding it across to the other side, but I found it easier to slide my finger from the top left to the bottom right while slowly lowering the bottom right corner towards the screen as my other finger got close to it. If a bubble forms, simply lift the protector from the side that isn't fully against the screen until the protector has been pulled away from the screen past the bubble and then continue applying. There are probably videos that can explain this process better than I can.

Lol. You might be on to something. Shes already jealous of the heated seats and steering wheel. The only good thing is she doesn't like driving trucks or any tall vehicles, so I might be safe.

Nah: Safe? Fuhgetabout it. It's a learning curve thing/phenomenon that happens gradually over time and without any warning... "These seats are nice..." I like this leather steering wheel....."

One too many "borrow's", and: Boom!: You lost the truck.

Now you're driving the 15 year old: [fill in blank here]. Hopefully it's not some Hyundai or a Kia with french fries under the seat. ...or worse: her Jeep.

[Edit] Just jokein' with you guy: Welcome to TacomaWorld! :proposetoast:
