Absolutely right, same size, but completely different personality, and he draws a lot of attention

Dogondola at Crystal today! Ingress and egress were a bit difficult, but he seemed to enjoy the view.

Never had any experience with Dobermans. Are they a good family dog? Looks like you kept the ears natural which is cool. He/she has some long front nails. Is that normal for a Doberman?

Yea he’s good with the fam. More of a one man dog though. Pretty clingy to me and won’t even get up and go potty if the wife tries while I’m in bed. Total chick magnet though lol. Got s ears and tail are docked. No I didn’t do it. I rescued him like that. His tail bled all the time on the stub and wouldn’t callous for anything. Took years for it to. He’ll be 10 next month and is an old man bones. He hates his nails clipped and used to wear them down pretty good only needing seldom trimmings. Now that he’s less active they get longer. Definitely due for a trimming. Wolfs his food down so his farts are pretty diabolical lol. Severely intelligent and can have an attitude if he doesn’t get his way. I couldn’t wear him out when he was younger and now I gotta coax him just to go outside anymore. My pit is more independent and she marshalls the kitchen which aggravates mom but doesn’t pester me like he does. He gets in his routine and acts like Rain Man if things don’t go EXACTLY as planned lol. Still love him to pieces and there will never be another Fritz
