Shelter Dog, get him / her a cape
Ours was a hand me down, someone bought her, couldn’t deal with a dog, returned to breeder after a couple of weeks. We got her for gas money and a promise, dog new immediately it found home, sat in my wife’s lap all the way. Four years and has been great.

My wife likes to use the saying “Someday my floors will be clean and no smudges on my windows and I’ll be sad”

What’s the problem, dogs look like they have plenty of room, they look happy

 

When I had GSP they always wanted on the bed. Then bichons who also slept on the bed BUT no hair all over the place. The current bichon will not sleep on our bed. Here she is having some down time from keeping the hordes of squirrels at bay.
