I have a buddy on 33s and 63s and he has hung up a ton. Us being on 35s I don’t think you have nearly as much to worry about tbh. You’re gonna hit em but I don’t think it’ll hinder capability as much as you think.

Just put these nittos on after being on 35 bfgs…nittos are insanely heavy. Sell me that eco crawler…

I already have a donor case sitting in the garage too…

yeah, figured I'd use the press. Gonna be a fun time. Tyler said it shouldn't be too hard.

$1400 with piggyback resis, no clickers or bypasses.

have rear locker and throwing an oem skid plate on td, no sliders unfortunately. Are those just a concern for those two main obstacles or is that a concern for the whole climb?

Dang still open up front too? Careful you don't blow your spiders. Ask me how I know. Make a 2wd kit now so you don't have to cut up a good cv like I had to.

Hall nah, hopefully installing this fall.

That's not bad, though I'd probably get the clickers for adjustability since I have the airbag setup out back.

Yeeeep still open up front. I’ve been in a couple situations where I thought I was gonna grenade the diff buuuut hasn’t happened yet. I am gonna cut up a cheap parts store CV for a 2wd kit. Unless I throw my 44 under it this winter but unlikely.

Put on a hood stamp. Did some ac knobs and an FJ shifter.

Just trying to keep things new and interesting in a 20 year old truck.

Replaced the wheels/tires on the 1996 single cab with hand-me-down 285/70r17 wheels/tires from my 4Runner. They look huge! Clears everywhere with my custom bumper, but obviously gearing took a hit. Drives around fine, but we'll see how it wheels. Most of the "wheeling" I do in the PNW is in the snow.

Previous wheels were 31" General Grabbers and the 15" rims I bought the truck with. I repainted the rims and they looked good, but the tires were super old so it was time to replace them. I still have them... if I decide to go back to 15's, but it's lowkey nice to share a wheel size with my 4Runner.

They still look small.... Need to tub the firewall and throw 35s on it for that perfect big tire look! That said, it looks fantastic, great upgrade!

After 3 years of dealing with the temp gauge not working I decided to pop the dash cluster again, if yours isn't working check the nuts on the back of the gauge, one of mine was almost completely unthreaded. Works great now.
