    Looking to replace my LCAs as they are seized and I am unable to get a proper alignment. I see that the OEM LCAs 48069-04060 and 48068-04060 come with the bushings and ball joints. Do I need anything else in order to get this fixed?

    If your cams are seized in the bushings then the only way to get them off is to cut the LCA bolt and cam sleeve, so you would need new cam assemblies too. I had this problem with my 2000 4Runner but what's the deal with 5 year old trucks having seized cams? I've seen a couple techs not know how to loosen the cams bolt before adjustment, thinking they are seized
