Yeah, but he's got a steel bumper, winch, and compressor up front.

I don't want to end up topping out, and I really don't want to have to get them adjusted again.

Hey all, need help installing the rear shock bracket. I understand there some drilling involved? Mine didn’t come with instructions. I found a pic on the internet but it doesn’t detail what needs to be done. Would love to see pics if you have it.

Looks like some time has passed since this comment, but essentially the bracket serves as a jig for your drill bit, just find one that fits the hole at the front of the bracket best. Drill the hole and paint it and resecure the bracket while using the provided hardware

Thanks! ARB has excellent customer service and gave me instructions in a few hours after contacting them. They were also solid when my leaf liners was all damaged during shipment of the leaf packs and they sent replacements in just a matter of days!

Just got my BP-51s, method 703 and 255/80/r17 Toyo ATIIIs installed at a local shop and they are awesome. I have no weight in the front and back (planning is underway for later) so I stuck with the factory 5mm preload. Just wondering what people are running on their compression/rebound settings for stock weight for a daily driver. Highly subjective I know. Most of the time the truck is going to be on road. Any info would be great!

    Hello everyone,

new 3rd gen owner here. I just ordered my BP-51s should be here in a few days. After reading this entire thread I more or less understand what I need to do now. But my dilemma now is how to achieve the ride height I want. Ideally I want the 3 inches of ride height but everything I’m seeing on here is saying that if you adjust the preload to reach that 3inches you will start to “top out”. So my question is, can I use a 1/2 or a 1/4 inch spacer to achieve that 3 inches of lift? If so what do I need to set the compression at for each side if I’m using a 1/2 inch spacer? Thanks guys.
