I have a 2014 Sport 4WD and love it. Lately tho, the brake pedal seems low - a lot of travel before the brakes start applying. The brakes do seem to properly stop the vehicle. I've had it serviced for this and they've done the ABS bleeding multiple times, check each wheel, and lastly changed the master cylinder... the pedal still seems too low. The guy at the shop says there's nothing more to do.

    Any comments or suggestions?

Edit: The rear drums were checked and adjusted - that helped a little

Check your rear brake adjustment, might have to pull the drums.

I read somewhere that the rear brakes self adjust only when stopping in reverse.
maybe drive in reverse and apply the brakes a several times?

After the 1st spongy press of the pedal, does it stiffen up?
Have you had your axle out lately?

It’s the rear brakes, the self adjusting design isn’t perfect, they need manual adjustment from time to time

The pedal isn't spongy. It was a little but the master cylinder change took care of that... but what are you asking about the axle?

Had a loose axle nut not long ago.
Not so loose it was causing any shakes or vibes but loose enough it was causing the rotor to spread apart the calipers while driving, making it difficult to stop the 1st couple of times.
Brakes would remain good in stop-go traffic.
Once the vehicle drove for an extended period the calipers would get pushed out, again.......
