change up your diet, NOT like Mr. Shemicals said, lol but just slowly reduce on a weekly or bi-weekly basis your breads and pastas, try to get 5-6 small meals a day and try to get in more complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, etc instead of breads and pastas so slowly start to head in that direction, and slowly increase your cardio every week or two as well & you should see some results from that, anything you do will work to a certain point so when you plateau, it's time to change things up to continue seeing results

lol NO carbs is a bad idea :p

My workout is pretty general I just do a variety of upper body workouts mainly centered around chest and then the next day a variety of lower body workouts centered around quads. I just repeat this pattern during the week (Monday upper, Tuesday lower, Wednesday upper, ect, ect) and then I do cardio on the weekends. I take 50g of wal-mart protein after a workout and cycle creatine throughout the year. I started this workout plan about a year and a half ago at 150lbs and now I'm approaching 215lbs while actually losing a bit of body fat.

    GET SOME.

that's great bro good results, but you would REALLY see a lot more gains if you made your workouts a little more specific than upper one day lower the next, which is really a beginner's workout and if you've been working out for a year and a half then it's def time to switch it up and start putting on some real size, give my routine a shot and see what you think, I've outlined it in my Q&A thread in the health forum

looking good bro nice progress, keep eating clean, eating often & training hard

    mr. finger diet plan? lol

Putting this on watch- did a 5k this morning and the hills kicked my ass. Big wakeup call on how NOT in shape I am right now. I did this same 5k last year and was still raring to go after. Not this time. :( Time to re-focus and get back to the gym and the trails, especially since I have a 10k in about two weeks. Gotta focus on some strength too though, especially core since I hate doing it so much.

Think I'm gonna go with the following, with a 10-15min warm-up run (+/- sprints) beforehand
    Mon: Uppers + core
    Tues: Lower + core
    Wed: Long run day
    Thur: Upper + core
    Fri: Lower + core
Sat or Sun: Long run day

I might have to toss one more long run in there somewhere for the next couple weeks, but that shouldn't be too bad.
