I can relate to that.
I purchased a Sharper Image device from wally world, I got a tracking number the next day, and for the next 5 days, the tracking info. remains the same status “label created”. The estimated delivery date arrives, it then add “your delivery will be delayed” and give another delivery expected date; now the second delivery date approaches, I was anxiously watching for the noise at the front door since I don’t want the delivery was made without my notice and thief walk away with it. 9 o’clock pm came, no deliver. I went on the website, their suggested to do a few things, one of them is to “walk around your neighborhood and check their front porches” insane!
No one care from the top down!
