    :rofl::rofl:

    :amen: This job is going to be dirty, loud and generally unpleasant.

    Seriously, I don't mind helping the guy, known him for decades - he is a good person.

    Rusty lines,,,, never considered them until this year. You might recall I had leaking transmission and power steering lines. Not to mention a bad AC clutch..

    It’s not like I don’t periodically spray down my under carriage throughout the winter.. Then it dawned on me, I haven’t dropped the skid plate :anonymous:

    Good guys tend to run together :fistbump:

    Good morning everyone :hattip:

    Just one more day, you can do it!

    No deer were harmed in the making of today's work day.

    I hope.

    Good morning everybody, have a great Friday!

    Two new ceiling fans hung on the back porch. Only 2 stripped screws in the ceiling boxes to deal with, one in each of course. One giant tarantula that was living in a ceiling box cover is no longer with us after scaring the daylights out of me. I don’t know how I didn’t fall off the ladder when that big SOB came out.

    Cleaning up my old Subaru today, it’s time for it to go.

    I've had this roller cabinet and top box for about 15 years. It's always bugged me how the slide out surface was attached so it was flush with the bottom of the box. Everything on it had to be cleared off to slide it in, which made access to the roller cabinet a pain. After enlisting a scrap leftover carefully preserved piece of lumber and scratching my head about getting the glides off the box, I now have enough height for most hand tools. It'll be a game changer.
    IMG_20240816_091941.jpg

    I knew for removal the glide lifted at the front then pulled straight out, but, it took a while to find the little locking tab (sticking out at the top) that stopped it from lifting. :anonymous: It's actually a great design.

    This morning a semi driver (not SWIFT!) didn't think he could make it under the skywalk so he 8 point turned the trailer around and smoked 3 trees in the process.
