Bought some tires to keep the wheels collecting dust in my basement company... now to just get them mounted, balanced and throw them on the truck next week

Technically you are correct. But I’m from a part of the country that when we have a clambake a lot of the people don’t know a cherry stone from a Mrs Paul fried clam strip. Any steamed clam becomes a ‘steamer’. Guess I should have said “Love me some steamed clams!”.

There were more than that, We bring a lemon, bottle of hot sauce and a clam knife with us. We each had a dozen on the half shell sitting on the boat before we headed back.

I’m considering installing interior led lights. The factory interior lights are not much better than using a candle. Also, I think I saw in this forum that replacing the license plate lights with led’s causes problems with seeing clearly via the rear camera. Is this an issue ?

I did it. I like it. Not any faster or any better mpg but shifts smoother and accelerates easier and that was the main goal. I also replaced the intake tube & filter with the K&N which is much more streamlined than the stock accordion. Sounds pretty good too up top but quieter down low. Wins all around.

Well worth it IMO. I did mine with a cheap set from Amazon; they've been working fine for ~ 2 years. Plan to blow a fuse somewhere in the swap process unless you are smarter than me since the LEDs have polarity.
Even though the kit had them, I did not replace the license plate lights as they don't help me see any better. Also think about whether you want to replace the vanity mirror lights - the LEDs can be so bright they shine in your eyes and you can't see the mirror. I replaced them on the drivers side as I don't care about the mirror but can use them for extra illumination, but left the passenger ones alone.

Replacing the interior LEDs does not *require* disconnecting the negative battery cable but more times than not you can cause at least fuse-blows if you do not.

Yes, the LED light can make the reverse camera glare trouble. Try Etsy ... https://www.etsy.com/listing/1374578372/license-plate-light-covers-for-toyota

Got the ditch lights mounted. I did ok for my skill level but took me a while. Please for the love of god if you do these don’t get all excited like me and install the bracket to the hood prior to mounting the light to the bracket. Looks good though. I’ll wait til dark and align as necessary. Caliraised brand with an OEM style switch.

Nice truck. Did you do the tint yourself? How hard is it?

Nice spot for oil and tires. I hate rolling a floor lift over stones though.

You do know that they feed on the very worst stuff in the waters.. don't you?

Now diving for scallops in the cold dark waters on Maine.... Those are "cleaners"!

Roasted on the grill, slathered with sweet butter... salt and a pinch of pepper....

    ;-)

Thanks, and hell no, I've seen the tinting process and it's one of the few things I have no interest in learning how to do, lol

I tried to put film on widows at my house years ago. The results were not horrible, but I did not want to drive around in such results. I have also seen cars that have bubbling tint sheets all around ... not pretty.
