There this kid down the street from me that has a kawi 400 not the zx4rr and has no can on it sounds horrible every night at 12 or 1 am at the light rev bombing for no reason. My house is on a corner and they just put the light up like 4yrs ago best worst decision my town has done.

Lol I pulled the baffle out of my R3 for a brief period. Had to put it back in pretty quick and now it sounds alright.

There's some guy on my block with a straight piped harley who loves to set off as many car alarms as he can going and coming from work.

Def fun stuff, your shale-y looking stuff seems similar, IIRC Arkansas in general has a bunch of stuff like that right? Is there good riding there?

My issue with the ground tent at this point is the only thing that takes the longest is breaking down my sleep system and even that I have tried to reduce time to pack by rolling the pad and sleeping bag up together. I've never had an RTT but I would like to try a wedge on the bronco.

At this point I have 2 setups, offroad capable and ground tent:

And my ultimate ease of use/fast setup I use for overnights and dual sports, sleeping in the truck:

Basically show up with the bed made already.

2bros pipe in a Gixxer 600 is about the worst sound in the world. My RSV4 with Austin racing exhaust sounded so good but too fuckin loud. Nowadays I like em with some bite but not super loud. That whole "loud pipes save lives" bullshit is bullshit. Some of the bikes now are so loud you can't even tell where TF they are

Arkansas is definitely a fun to ride. Road or offroad. The mountains are fun to ride. I haven't even scratched the surface. Usually hit up my local buddy and go ride local to him since there's a huge park (wilderness rider buffalo ranch). I've been a bit further for another ride event but couldn't tell ya where that was anymore.

Bentonville had a bunch of mtb stuff which was fun too

:crapstorm:To me the M4 slip on with baffle sounded just about right on the GSXR 750. Had a nice growl at 5k rpm that I liked. My FZ1 with gutted cat and gytr slip on sounds good to me also. 1000cc just sounds deeper. JMO and everyone has one.

Was she pissed because you didn’t call or text her you were going to be late? My wife worries when I am out riding so if I was late she would start thinking something bad happened. At 72 you should know better.:anonymous:

My buddy has an M1000R, was getting new tires for a trackday on Monday. That bikes has carbon OEM wheels, they broke both of them somehow, doing the sensors or something. $6500 for the pair. Someone learned an expensive ass lesson today

Yes. Conveniently also friends with the the guys at South Sound who managed to find a set in a closet or something :spy:

That bike is insane. 205hp on a naked bike, all carbon everything. I thought he was crazy for getting it, but it's definitely cool af
