My truck got hit the other night as I was attempting to do a u-turn. The other person hit me straight on my front passenger wheel. Any thoughts as to what I’m dealing with damage/suspension wise? IMG_0423.jpg IMG_0438.jpg

Welcome to TW! It's definitely repairable if that's your question.

UCA, spindle, tie rod, possible pull needed on that frame rail as well.

That's going to cost you the deductible on the insurance.

Add to that a front drive tear-down and right front brake inspection. BTDT a long time ago, not in a Tacoma, but in the vehicle in my avatar. I got struck at an angle, enough to bend the leaf spring mount. The steering joint seat was damaged (where the CV joint is on the Taco) and the wheel bearings were out of alignment and the joint would not seal. Brake caliper was also out of alignment with the disc rotor, causing the inner pad wear to accelerate and wear out the rotor as well. Speed of impact was about 30 mph.

Once repaired, make sure it will hold a front end alignment and the brakes don't grab before you sign off to the insurance company.

Add a hub and bearing to that as well, a hit like that and it will surely be grinding.

It'd be a good time to think about a lift while you're replacing those parts.
I repaired a salvage, that wheel was torn off. I also replaced the lower control arm, I wonder if it needed it, it was a bill on ebay.
Mine was crashed pretty bad along with the bumper frame, it was no sweat for my experienced alignment mechanic.
I doubt ford's are built that tough.

Check if frame is bent . If it is, it might get expensive

I wouldn't even listen to what an adjuster says, you've got internet advice.
