I cant believe it, no rain yet. Still dark , hear thunder to the north and east. That news crawler on the bottom of the TV said hail warning, thunderstorms! Blah blah blah.

Meanwhile my yard hasn't gotten the message it's dry again. Grass needs cut again and my hostas and other plants that went dormant are growing back. They're gonna be really pissed off

Good thing is I don't need to water the garden today or tomorrow. More rain tomorrow

I'll make it rain here shortly. Been driving the Camry to work this week and apparently at 4am it's a bug massacre so the front end is plastered with bug guts that needs pressure washed off. Truck has been sitting in the garage so it just needs a rinseless.

What year is your camry. Last one I had was a 98 v6 xle was actually my second car. Hands down one of the best cars I've ever owned.

2023. Hands down the best Camry we've had. Can get over 40mpg easy and has plenty of get up and go. Did get rid of the garage factory tires for some Coopers. Made a big difference. I change the oil every 6 months and that's about it.

No, it's not a hybrid so it has the regular 8 speed. The new 2025's are hybrid/cvt only.

I got burnt out working on it. It's still sitting on jackstands in my driveway. Still have to drop the rear sub frame to replace the gas tank. But haven't felt like working on it. Decided to put some effort into something I drive everyday

I was on the fence about the blue. But doesn't look bad in person the blue is more satin than gloss.

Definitely feels better than stock. I like the hard composite on the top and bottom. Don't have to worry about it falling apart on me anymore

That looks great. I've been wanting to paint all the chrome and silver interior trim pieces for years, never got around to picking a color or just taking the time to do the work.
