Limited, Bronze Oxide, Black wheels

SRP is $56505. They don't link to a window sticker or list all options. How much do you suppose they're adding for the black wheels?

Looks good, but of course there is a lot of chrome up front, right? I usually like the black contrasting over fenders on Tacoma, but bronze oxide looks much better with matched flares, IMO. You should be able to get that price down quite a bit. I think there is still a 2K national incentive and you can work off that.

 

Those wheels look good on the Limited. Wheels remind me of the TRD Camry wheels.

 

Yep, there is some additional chrome (door handles, mirror caps, tailgate handle, exhaust tip, and the grill and cross-piece in the front). Besides the standard wheels, I'm not sure how much of that is polished/bright chrome since I've only seen photos.

Still, since seeing the 2025 4Runner videos, I'm starting to lean more towards waiting for the 4Runner and choosing between that and the Taco when I can actually see and drive them both.

The Limited 4runner (or at least the pre-production light blue one I saw) has body-color mirror caps and door and tailgate handles, and less chrome on the grill. I do wish they had taken that same approach for the Limited Tacoma. For some reason I really like the Everest green color, although it's not clear if that color will be available for all 4runner trims.

Off on a slight tangent, here's a pivot table of yesterday's KMG database of the Tacoma body color distribution, split up by hybrid vs non, and then by model. Might be of interest to some. One observation: Toyota is producing a disproportionate number of Tacos in Ice Cap for most models, EXCEPT for the Limited where there are zero in Ice Cap.
