wanted to make sure I understood this correctly, with the 1320, you’ll still need a 7th injector kit or haltec? I had looked into the 2nd gen SC and had followed your original SC thread closely but didn’t pull the trigger because it seemed like you had to almost drop $10K to get the perfect setup where the power was instant.

No, for the stock pulley with the 1320 you can run it as stock but you might run a bit lean if your injectors are not at 100 percent clean and if you fuel pump is not at 100 percent.

snpspeed sells a kit with a high flow fuel pump, FMU and cooler plugs that will solve if you have a lean issue, this kit you can use for smaller pulleys too. Every tuck is different because of miles and condition and elevation.
Stock ECU will not let power come on till after closed loop going into open loop and that can be 3500 rpm’s window and is a different rpm each time in that rpm’s section

This package will cover any lean issues and will work for smaller pulleys.

strongly suggest these components when upgrading a supercharger to your Toyota 5VZ Tacoma, T100, or 4Runner.

5VZ TVS1320 Support Package. This gives you the complete support package you need for the NEW TVS1320 supercharger air delivery supplied for the Toyota 5VZ Tacoma's and 4Runners.

This is the minimum requirement needed when using the Magnuson TVS1320 Supercharger with minimum stock 75mm pulley.

    This kit includes:

    1- 340LPH AEM Fuel Pump

    1- Vortech 3:1 FMU

    6 - Denso IK22

The Magnuson literature on the TVS 1320 says "The supercharger itself is maintenance free; pre-filled and sealed, nothing to check or top off for the lifetime of the engine."

How does that work? Rotating parts still need lifetime clean lubrication...

Do you remember where you sourced the 140mm bolt?

The old supercharger had this same information. It’s best to change the oil every 30k IMO

I don't have the original purchase information for the TRD supercharger, but it only makes sense that lubricating oil for rotating parts should be changed with some frequency... :)

I haven't confirmed, but I believe it can be ordered from McMaster-Carr - they sell tons of various stuff. www.mcmaster.com
As a side note, I would be surprised if the bolt threads strip before the threads in the cast iron block...

I think this is it. I haven't order one and you should verify the bolt diameter and pitch before ordering.

Thanks. It's frustrating when someone identifies a part that can solve a problem, but I can't figure out how to find it :)
