I feel like if you can see the vehicles tail lights, it should be fine. The ones on our trash trailer sometimes choose to stop working halfway through the trip

boat trailers I end up having to re wire every year.

Where do you guys get wheels/tires mounted? Hard to believe mount/balance is that expensive!

I've always mounted my own tires.

I do buy new sets, so my name is I. The system. The tires I mount myself , I take to my tire dealer. I always tell them I'll pay for balance, but they always refuse payment. They know I'm gonna need new tires eventually, so they do the balance job for free.

For what it's worth, mounting your own tires is easy. It's the removal that is a pain.

    This post is interesting.

When I'm not in South Carolina during the winter, my home is actually Midland, Michigan.

Gonna have to research where the " Midlands" of the Carolinas are.

had six 35" MTs mounted and balanced at Firestone a couple months ago for $22 a piece, which I thought was very reasonable because those things are a way heavy. Just had a couple new tires put on for the kie truck today at a local shop. Much smaller tires of course, but it was just under $20 each I believe.

Caught a coyote on my deer camera last night. It followed a small doe. Time to register my property for night hunting and go slap some coyotes around with the bow

I always referred to York county as upstate growing up. I was in the western part of it so I guess I wasn’t too far from being right haha.

I don't think Cherokee, Union, Laurens, Greenwood, or Abbeville belong in the upstate region. Most of those are flat, midland counties in my mind. Gotta have some hills to be upstate.

Came a cross a pretty well built Nissan Titan at Lowe's in West Ashley. Looked like king mid travel up front, and stock frame rails with a bed cage out back. Assuming longer leafs to go with the king bypasses.

Waited a few minutes to see if the owner would come out, but no luck. Looked up the company on the side and they look like mostly a wheels/tires/bolt-ons, but clearly someone there knows how to bend and weld some tube.
