They sell boxes of baking soda for refrigerators with large zip-out sections of the box walls for maximum pass-through ($2-ish). The opened packages of bacon were creating bad smells, put the box of baking soda and just one of those has cleared that up. Took 2 weeks for maximum effect, though. No ozone, just looks funny in the truck.

I should have thought of baking Soda.. that stuff is an all natural wonder. You just reminded me about the time in my 20s I was driving a back road in my ole beater Isuzu doing my pizza delivery job. Someone I was following hit a skunk. Some of the spray got sucked in my vehicle too. I got some boxes of baking soda, spread it and brushed it in to the carpets and seats. closed it up two days in the sun. vacuumed it, extraction cleaned the seats and carpeting. that was maybe over the top but it was the freshest I-mark. Putting a fridge box under the seats will likely be helpful and less expressive than charcoal bags, after all I want to save some of the coin that's not going to Marlboro any longer.

Not questioning the skill involved at all. Just if the $900 or so above normal dyed tint is worth it.

What is a truck that does not need AC blasting worth? My truck with what may be not-ceramic (they did a good job on my Corolla 3 years ago, why not use then for my windshield no?) but even after a full day in AZ sun it is just a little uncomfortable and cools down fast. Sometimes you must spend money for comfort and safety.

    You choose for yourself, though.

Just set a whole day aside and take your time. Wrap the harness/pigtail with elec tape and use some dish soap in the door boots. Go slow...

Please teach me your ways! I have never gotten that good of gas mileage with my AC MT.
Although I guess when I'm on the interstate I'm usually running 70-75 mph. But I usually only get 16-17 mpgs.

Got rid of the last little bit of chrome on the inside yesterday. AJT Design cupholder ring, shift knob trim, vent rings, and deeper cupholder all and all around an hour or so.

Drop your freeway speed. Watching the "current mpg" go all over the scale at 70 made me try 60-65 ... and MPG stabilized closer to 20. By attempting 55 it stabilized higher. Since I had 240 more miles, 70 MPH did not seem as necessary.

It was a fantastic concert. Creed, 3 Doors Down, and Finger Eleven. Outside venue on a beautiful 70 degree night.
