I’d call and ask method to see if they can possibly do the finish you want on the wheel size you’re after before deciding. Worst they will say is no

 

I kinda changed my mind completely and I’m now set on getting my hands on some machined beadlocks. I can’t seem to find any in a 16” and I would hate to lose any sidewall by moving up to a 17” wheel.

Thus, no new wheels yet

 

Good idea. I’m sure there would be a premium associated with the custom job though. Any idea what that might run?

As much as I’d love to long travel the ol’ girl and throw some 35s on her, it’s out of the budget

 

I’ve been getting around the desert just fine on stock wheels and some KO2s though
