Any one buy from Drews fab in Madera, CA?

Credit card companies generally have a dispute window of 120 days for disputes involving quality of goods or services delivered. Fraud or incorrect charges have a window of 60 days. If you wait too long the CC company will not let you file the dispute.

 

I don't know but he's apparently suing him for over $11k? What the hell did this guy order

Exactly, I was just curious as to what he ordered but instead of saying what it was he got into disputes etc.

Everyone can benefit from knowledge, I was just wondering because I vaguely remember seeing the OLD website but forget what all was listed on there

The new site is much smaller and offers far less items

 

My bad on that. I was trying to respond while pretending to pay attention in a meeting.

My order was for a 3rd Brake light with the Baja Designs lights which I ordered when it was 50% off.

 

The lawsuit document I posted wasn't from me. It was from a company that Drews Fab took a loan from.

Can you model up that 3rd brake light setup? Maybe in cardboard even?

 

I wonder if the kitchen sink was included?

 

I dabble in Solidworks and Fusion 360 along with 3d printing. So I could just go ahead and make my own and get it manufactured or print it myself. At the time my thoughts were it's just easier to buy one that's made. I was wrong about that LOL.

Drew had my 15 year old son’s 1997 T100 for 2 1/2 years here are the before and After pictures. My son’s grandfather passed away and gave him his T100 and a small amount of money he used to hire Drew’s Fab. Drew picked up The T100 December 2021 and brought it to his shop in Madera. Drew has stripped the truck of both stock parts and brand new parts that my son had purchased for Drew to install on the truck. My son has paid him over $15,000 and Drew will not return $5,000 in parts he kept. In June 2024, we finally had to go up and tow the truck home. We have all the invoices and proof of payment.
My son has a truck with the transmission and the engine in the bed of the truck, no front wheels and tires, no suspension and no money.

 

In the right hands he would have a badass prerunner by now

 

I ordered a 3rd brake light from him 11 months ago and got blocked. Has an excuse for everything. I asked for a refund but always hit me with Im a small business, we don’t do refunds. Or he’s just waiting on the lights to ship my product out.

 

Dang, not sure how I missed this. Oh boy, everybody leaving complaints and i'm the one he responds too. Lucky me "Alexa! Play Last Time That I Checc'd", cuz there's no smut on my rep, sir. Yes front bumper and bedsides were done by you. Speaking of which, I've already heavily modified it, finished some welds, corrected some wonky bends. The bedsides were already taken to another local shop to get installed correctly. Shall I keep going?

Yes, i've sent quite a few people his way, only for them to come back mad at me that I did. Aaron's truck (KBD Concepts) was completed by me, as well as some welding for others. I pushed plenty of people your way for small oddball stuff. My bad for sure.

I think people would’ve been less pissed if you were just honest and say “hey, I’ve bitten off more than I can chew at the moment, please be patient with me” then compensate them for waiting so long.
