It's just crazy how high interest rates are in general.

I wouldn't want to buy a car unless I was getting 0% (for a new one) or at least 1.9 to 2.9% (if used).

Gone are those days, at least for awhile.

 

Yeah even with excellent credit we got 4% in the 4Runner. I plane on paying off by next year so I wasn't to concerned.

 

That's a great rate by today's standards for sure

I hear about these last 3rd Gen and new 4th Gen trucks getting like 5 - 7% and I'm like damn that's fucking high

My x-ray and exam was all done last week

By Thursday the status changed to all evidence reviewed up until Monday where it was waiting for a rating

Today, status has already moved to final review meaning the decision has been made and the paperwork gets audited before being approved

Shit is moving fast

Denny's is such crap these days I get angry thinking about it. Used to be so decent, cheap enough and a pretty okay portion. Now its kinda spendy and you barely get enough to justify bringing it out on a plate vs just in the palm of the watress' hand.

 

One thing I do is don't put the debit on anything, it's always credit, that way it's some one else's money at risk to those things. It can be harder to get your money back, or just the time it takes for the money to come back to be a pain. I also never keep more than $1k in the account tied to the debit to further limit damages.
