What are these 3 threaded holes in the rear frame?

    The three tapped holes are for the bed step: The two rubber plugs covering the larger holes are the ones for the ARB rear recovery points.

    I thought the ARB recovery point required a sleeved hole to receive the bolt.

    According to the ARB Rear Recovery Hook instructions, if the two large holes are covered, they do not have the welded inserts and are not compatible with the ARB hooks. Mine were not covered and did have the welded inserts.

    Thanks for the pictures. I'm picking up a TRD Off-Road Premium Hybrid in 2 weeks and I already have the ARB recovery hooks at my house. Fingers crossed I guess!
