    Pumpkin pie is the only thing I bake, and the demand is high! I use GMa's recipe, but FRESH ground ginger and good spices are key. If left to my own devices, there is enough clove to literally darken the mixture and numb your mouth a bit.

    So if someone offers me a p-spice covefe, I'm down!

    I like pumpkin pie but pumpkin spice anything else, hell naw!!
    It is a bastardization of the pumpkin pie.

    I make some good molasses cookies that have a similar spice profile..
    Including being heavy handed with the cloves and ginger
    I don't make em too often cause I f*ckin eat the ones I don't re/home right away :anonymous:
